  • What amenities do you have?

    Each Studio and Suite has Air Conditioning, Smart TV, a mini-fridge, 4 cup coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, all linens and towels, & beach towels, and more.  Our 2 bedroom apartment, “Sunset” also has a full kitchen with full size appliances.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we provide Wifi throughout the property free of charge.  We will provide you with the password upon check-in.

  • What is there to do in St. Croix?

    You can dive and snorkel, hunt for chaney, relax on a stunning beach, do a sunset sail, take a boat trip to Buck Island, horseback ride on the beach, visit historic sites, eat in world-class restaurants, pass time at a beach bar, and so much more!  Upon booking, we will email you our “Restaurants and Activities Guide” to help you plan your trip.

  • I have a group of people coming, do you have adjoining rooms?

    Yes, we have several adjoining rooms so our property is perfectly set up to host a group traveling together. See Rooms for descriptions, or contact us and we can walk you through the layout of our property and find the perfect accommodations for you.

  • Can I rent the entire property for our group?

    Absolutely!  Please contact us for availability.  If you would like to host an event on our property, click here for more information.

  • Can you host events such as parties, weddings, or meetings?

    Yes!  We have 2 main event spaces, a large outdoor courtyard, and an air-conditioned indoor space containing a full commercial kitchen. We can provide lodging for your guests as well. Please click here for more information.

  • Which airport do I fly into?

    St. Croix has its own international airport. The airport code is “STX” (Henry E. Rohlsen Airport).  Please don’t make the mistake of flying to St. Thomas if St. Croix is your intended destination.  You may have difficulty finding transportation between the two islands.

  • How far are you from the airport?

    We are located only about a 12-minute drive from the airport.  We are happy to provide written directions if you need it.

  • Should I rent a car?

    We are within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, beaches, diving & snorkeling. However, we do recommend that most guests rent a car, especially if you want to explore the island. Uber-type services don’t exist on the island. Taxis are waiting at the airport, but at other times you will need to call and wait a while (or schedule in advance). We provide directions and a taxi list with the check-in information.

  • Do you have parking?

    We do not have parking on our property, however, there is plenty of free public parking in front of the building. Park anywhere on Strand Street or surrounding side streets.

  • How far are you from the beach?

    We are oceanfront, and we have several beaches within walking distance.

  • What is your check-in time?

    We currently have contactless self-check-in, and you may arrive any time after 3 pm the day your reservation starts.

  • What is your check-out time?

    11:00 AM

  • Do you allow pets?

    No pets are allowed on our property unless it is a documented service animal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please refer to our “Book Now” tab for our current cancellation policy.  If you already have a reservation, it will be listed on your confirmation email.  We are a very small property, and cancellations have a big impact on us.  As we are unable to make an exception to our cancellation policy,  we strongly urge travelers to purchase trip insurance in the event of an emergency (illness, death, weather-related conditions, etc.).
